1. Copy paste this picture onto your canvas.
2. Go to Layer > New adjustment layer > Curves.
3. Change your settings to mine :

4. Make a new layer and fill it with #00003a. Set it to Exclusion.
5. Make a new layer and fill it with #ff9f7d. Set it to Soft light.
6. Make a new layer and fill it with #f08de6. Set it to Soft light.
7. Go to Layer > New adjustment layer > Color Balance and change your settings to this :
Midtones :
color levels : -28, -10, 13.
8. Go to Layer > New adjustment layer > Curves.
9. Change your settings to mine :
Input :148
Output : 120
10. Brighten up the image by 10.
11. Go to Layer > New adjustment layer > Hue/Saturation
12. Saturation : -11
13. Go to Layer > New adjustment layer > Selective color. Change your settings to mine:
REDS :
Cyan: 82
Magenta: -24
Yellow: 0
Black: -34
BLACKS:
Black :+100
The rest are 0.
14. Go to Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen Edges.
