1. Paste your picture on an empty canvas and flatten it.
2. Make a new layer, filling it with #140a74.
3. Duplicate the base, and place it on top of the two layer.
4. Open a new adjustment layer, Selective Color.
5. Match your settings to mine.
Reds:
Cyan : -43
Magenta : +69
Yellow : -12
Yellows:
Yellow : -35
Blacks:
Black : +100
